Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is published by Devesh Varshney (sole proprietor of TruePrice) and forms part of our Terms of Use. It sets out conduct that is prohibited on the Platform. It exists to protect the security, fairness, and lawful operation of TruePrice for all Users, and to comply with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and other applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Conduct — Platform Integrity

You will not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame, or otherwise systematically extract any data, models, valuations, prices, peer sets, research, charts, or other content from the Platform, including via automated agents, headless browsers, scripts, browser extensions, or recorded API replays;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, weights, prompts, or model logic;
• Interfere with, disable, overload, or otherwise impair the Platform, its infrastructure, or any third-party service it relies on;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or circumvent any access control, paywall, rate-limit, captcha, authentication, or licensing mechanism;
• Access the Platform using any account other than your own, share your credentials, or allow any third party to use your account;
• Use multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits intended for a single User, abuse free-trial mechanisms, or otherwise behave fraudulently;
• Upload or transmit any virus, worm, trojan, ransomware, or other malicious code, or deploy any technology designed to deceive other Users;
• Use the Platform to develop a competing product, train any machine-learning model, or otherwise build a derivative service.

3. Prohibited Conduct — Securities, Markets & Regulation

You will not:

• Misrepresent any output of the Platform as personalised advice from a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or as a recommendation endorsed by SEBI / RAASB / NISM;
• Re-publish, re-distribute, re-sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Research Report, valuation, or proprietary data set, including by repackaging it for paid newsletters, group chats, channels, courses, signal services, or any other monetised channel;
• Use the Platform's outputs to attempt to provide recommendations or research analysis to others for consideration without holding the SEBI registrations required to do so under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 or the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013;
• Attempt to manipulate any market or use the Platform in any way that would breach the SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003, or the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015;
• Solicit or share Unpublished Price-Sensitive Information (UPSI) through the Platform;
• Publish content that violates SEBI's circulars on association with unregistered persons, including content that promises guaranteed returns, assured profits, or risk-free strategies.

4. Prohibited Content

You will not upload to, store on, or transmit through the Platform any content that, in line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or promotes enmity between groups;
• Harms a child in any manner;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right;
• Violates any law for the time being in force;
• Deceives or misleads about the origin of the message, communicates false information that could reasonably be deemed false or misleading, or impersonates another person;
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India;
• Contains software viruses or any computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• Is patently false or untrue and is communicated with the intention of misleading or harassing a person, financial institution, or government agency;
• Where it is AI-generated synthetic content, is uploaded without the labelling required under the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2026.

5. Communications & Anti-Spam

You will not:

• Use the Platform's communication features (including WhatsApp / email channels triggered through your account) to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited promotional content;
• Impersonate another User, a public figure, an issuer, a regulator, or any TruePrice personnel;
• Forge, manipulate, or remove any disclaimer, attribution, copyright notice, or AI-content label on Platform output.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a User is violating this AUP — including content that infringes your intellectual property, breaches the IT Rules, 2021, or violates SEBI regulations — please report it to support@trueprice.pro. Provide the URL, the nature of the violation, and any supporting evidence. Acknowledgement within 48 hours; investigation within 30 days, in line with our Grievance Redressal Policy.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in any one or more of the following, at our discretion:

• Warning;
• Removal of offending content;
• Throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, without refund;
• Forfeiture of unused credits or remaining Subscription term;
• Reporting to law-enforcement, regulators (including SEBI / CERT-In / DPB India), or the affected third party;
• Civil or criminal proceedings.

We may take any such action with or without prior notice. Where we terminate an account for material breach, all licences granted to you cease immediately and you must delete any cached or stored Platform content in your possession.
